Availability Next day delivery can be arranged, provided your order is placed by 12 noon from Monday to Thursday, Central Time. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for a $10 surcharge. We are sorry that we cannot deliver on Sunday or Monday. We are only able to ship cut rose bouquets to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Prices Our bouquet prices do not include the shipping and handling charge, which is calculated during the checkout process when the delivery address is entered (please see 'shipping and handling' below).

Shipping and handling Bouquets can be delivered from Tuesday to Friday by FedEx using their Priority Overnight Service which guarantees delivery by 1pm. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for a $10 surcharge. Our Veriflora-certified, fresh cut roses are lovingly grown in California. The shipping charge is the cost of the FedEx Priority Overnight Service to your chosen delivery address. This charge will be calculated and applied during the checkout process once the shipping details have been entered. Substitutions Our exclusive cut roses are available in very limited quantities. This means that from time to time a particular variety may be unavailable. Our policy is to make a suitable substitution unless otherwise requested when the order is placed. Orders are accepted subject to availability. Seasonal availability From time to time, some of the various cottage garden style flowers and foliage included in our Rose Garden Bouquets will be out of season. We will make an appropriate subsitution to create an equally attractive bouquet. Packaging Your roses will arrive securely packaged in a sturdy David Austin gift box, decorated with a rose print. Roses are hydrated during shipment with Arrive Alive packaging, designed to protect your flowers. Please note, the vases shown on our website are for illustration purposes only and are not included with your order. Guarantee David Austin Roses will refund or replace any bouquet that is not of a satisfactory quality if we are advised within 48 hours of receipt. Featured Bouquet From time to time, we will reduce the price on one of our bouquets online to offer extra value. If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please mention that you would like to order our current featured bouquet to claim your discount. Cut stage Our roses are allowed to develop on the plant for longer than ordinary cut roses. This gives time for our roses to develop their large blooms and also intensifies the fragrance of our scented varieties, Phoebe, Patience, Cymbeline and Rosalind. Most of the images on this website show roses which have been allowed to open in a light, warm room for several days. This allows you to see what their fully open flower forms will be. However, we do not deliver flowers at their fully open stage unless this has been specifically requested. This is because the best vase life can be achieved when roses are delivered at the open bud stage. Color We try to describe the color of our roses as accurately as we can but please bear in mind that it is impossible to recreate the exact color of a living rose in print or on a computer screen. David Austin's garden style roses will also change color as the flower opens and develops. The effect is most evident with Darcey, which is brightest crimson in the bud, opening to a raspberry red color, and finally develops rich purple tones. Outer guard petals The green coloration on the outer petals is a natural characteristic of our beautiful English Roses and most evident in Miranda. These outer petals help to protect the delicately-furled inner petals, and will gradually become hidden as the flower opens to reveal its old rose shape. Vase life These roses have been lovingly grown in the USA. They are guaranteed for five days. For longest vase life, please follow our full care instructions. On arrival Your flowers will have travelled overnight and will be thirsty. Please open them as soon as they arrive and remove all packaging from the flowers. Trim 1” off the stems, making a slanted cut. Dilute the flower food in water as recommended, then arrange the flowers in a vase. David Austin's cut roses often drink a good deal of water.
