Delivery Information

Orders must be received by 12 noon for next day delivery. We are sorry that we cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays. This means that the earliest standard delivery date possible for orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday is the following Tuesday. Our bouquets include standard delivery from Tuesday to Friday. Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. Saturday deliveries before 12 noon can be arranged at an extra cost of £10. Orders to the Scottish Highlands will incur a £7.80 surcharge and some areas may take two days for delivery. Please call 01902 376 301 for details. We encourage customers to place their orders as early as possible, especially for special days such as Mother's Day and Easter, as our exclusive roses are available in limited quantities. Terms and Conditions

Important information: Our bouquet prices include standard delivery from Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries on Saturday morning or timed deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. For full details, please see the delivery section at the top of this page. We are sorry that David Austin's Luxury Cut Flowers can be delivered to UK Mainland customers only. Our exclusive cut rose varieties are available in limited quantities compared to other cut roses. This means that from time to time a particular variety may be unavailable. Our policy is to make a suitable substitution if no other instruction has been given. Some of our pictures on this website show roses arranged in vases. These lifestyle pictures are intended to demonstrate how the roses may be used in the home. We do not include a vase with any of our bouquets. David Austin Roses will refund or replace any bouquet that is not of a satisfactory quality if we are advised within 48 hours of receipt. Many of the images on this website show roses which have been kept in a light warm room for to fully reveal their spectacular many-petalled forms. We do not deliver flowers at their most fully open stage unless this has been specifically requested. This is because the best vase life can be achieved when roses are delivered at the open bud stage. For more information, please consult our Care Advice.

When ordering by telephone, please have the following information to hand: Your preferred style and size of bouquet The full delivery address details including postcode and telephone number Your personalised message of up to 20 words Your payment details: We accept VISA/Switch/Solo/Mastercard only The full contact details of the cardholder Any special delivery instructions, such as where our courier should leave the bouquet if the recipient is out.
