An excellent all-round variety. It bears small, neat, very double flowers packed full with petals. They are purple-crimson, very fragrant and repeat regularly. ‘Rose de Rêscht’ forms a very healthy and compact shrub with shapely, bushy growth, its flowers held well above the dense, rough textured, deep green foliage. (France c.1840). 3 x 2 ft.
