Paul Noël David Austin Recommended Variety
Unusual, very attractive flowers of soft salmon pink that quickly fade to a medium pink. They are medium sized and very full, the quill shaped petals radiating out from a button eye. It flowers very freely and, unusually for a rambler, repeats quite well. There is an apple fragrance with a hint of chrysanthemum. It is very healthy and not over vigorous, with graceful, pliable stems that are easy to train. 12ft. Note: This variety is sometimes sold as ‘Paul Transon’, but should correctly be called ‘Paul Noël’.
