Due to the impact of Coronavirus orders and enquiries are subject to delay

Orders placed now will be dispatched within a suitable planting time for your zone. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

The health and safety of our employees, community and customers is, as always, of utmost priority. We currently have stringent measures in place as part of our efforts to protect against Coronavirus. These safety measures have had a direct impact on our ability to ship orders and answer inquiries in a timely fashion. We apologize for the delays you may experience while we follow our Coronavirus safety procedures.

  • If you already have an order with us it maybe subject to delay. You will be notified if this is the case. 
  • New orders will be shipped as indicated by the delivery dates stated at checkout.  
  • Please be aware orders may take a little longer to arrive.

COVID-19 FAQ

    A:  The health and safety of our staff and the wider public is our priority. We have put in place the following stringent safety measures to make sure things are as safe as possible:
    • Employees who can work from home are doing so.
    • We have a reduced the number of staff on site.
    • We have re-engineered facilities to allow for a minimum 2m distance between staff on site. In certain areas we have installed safety screens between workers.
    • In our dispatch facilities staff are required to wear PPE (personal protective equipment).
    • We are undertaking extra cleaning to minimise risk.
    • A staggered break schedule has been implemented with extra break times to reduce interactions between staff.
    • Self-isolation procedures for positive Covid-19 cases or cases where possible contact has occurred are being enforced above and beyond current guidelines.
