- This competition opens at 9am on 1st November 2024 until 9am GMT on 7th November 2024. Entries made outside the offer period will not be accepted.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- The prize is as follows: One winner from each of the UK, EU and US will receive three bare root roses of their choice for both the winner and a friend.
- This prize is not for resale, is non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No cash refunds can be given under any circumstances.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by David Austin Roses.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or message within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- This prize may be amended or withdrawn at any time at David Austin Roses' discretion.
