Once an order is confirmed, we will honour the price shown. If we discover a pricing error before your order has been delivered, we may cancel the order or offer the item at the correct price.

Our roses take around two years to produce, and some varieties may sell out.

If a variety is unavailable, we will contact you to suggest an alternative, or you may choose to refund or replace when that variety is next available.

You’ll need to provide an email address when placing your order. We’ll send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.

We take great care to grow and send roses of the highest quality. As roses are living plants, however, problems can occasionally arise.

If something doesn’t look right when your roses arrive, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your rose fails to grow within the first five years and the fault is ours, we will replace it. Please call our toll-free number to request a Replacement Form.

Our guarantee does not cover abnormal weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our roses are grown on virus-free rootstock and inspected regularly throughout the season. While we cannot guarantee that every plant will be completely free from virus, we will replace any affected rose free of charge.

Rose Rosette Disease (RRD) is not covered by our guarantee. It is spread by external factors beyond our control and there is currently no cure or treatment.

Roses are best planted when temperatures are between 40°F and 60°F, and we aim to ship when conditions in your area are suitable.

If your order is placed too late for planting in your area, we will hold it for the following season. You may ask us to ship it sooner, but doing so will make the guarantee invalid.

We’ll give you an estimated shipping date with your order acknowledgement. If you need your order during a particular period, please let us know when you order.

Payment is taken when your order is placed.

At times, we offer promotional discounts via a code or visible on our website on select roses. If you contact us, we will honour the discount provided your order is not yet being processed for shipment and will refund any savings to your original payment method.

We cannot adjust pricing for items that have sold out.

Only one discount code may be used on an order. Promotional discounts do not apply to Gift Cards, Accessories or Multi-Rose Bundles.

Gift cards can only be redeemed when buying directly from David Austin^®.

To use a gift card, you can do so at checkout or by getting in touch with our Customer Service team.

Gift cards cannot be used at other nurseries or retailers. Promotional offers do not apply.

The colour of a living rose naturally varies and may not look exactly as it does in print or on screen.

Many roses change colour as their flowers develop from bud to fully open bloom. Sunlight can also cause petals to fade or lighten, either around the edges or across the whole flower.

We guarantee that our roses will be correctly identified, but we cannot guarantee an exact flower colour.

All State, County or City taxes will be included with your purchase.
